INCLUSION CANADA CALLS ON GOVERNMENTS TO PRIORITIZE PEOPLE WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES

Writer's picture: Travis NeufeldTravis Neufeld

Inclusion Saskatchewan joins with Inclusion Canada and the International Disability Alliance in calling upon all levels of government to ensure the rightful inclusion of individuals with developmental disabilities, their families and support staff as priority populations in the early stages of vaccine rollouts across Canada. Find Inclusion Canada's press release here.

We have also reached out to our Premier, Ministers of Social Services and Health, as well as the Saskatchewan Health Authority to advocate for the prioritization of individuals with intellectual disabilities in the first phase of the COVID-19 Vaccine Delivery Plan. Read our letter here.
